TIME FRAME
You may cancel or make changes to your order within 9 hours of placing it. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be modified.

If you wish to make changes to your order (such as shipping address, item selection, or quantity), please submit your request within 9 hours of placing the order. Your request will be processed if the order has not yet been prepared or shipped.
CANCEL ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order, please submit your request within 9 hours of placing the order. Once approved, your cancellation will be processed and refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
