Refund Policy
ELIGIBLE REFUNDS
Refunds are available in the following situations:
- Order cancellations: Orders cancelled within the allowed 9-hour window are eligible for a full refund.
- Returned items: Items returned in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy (new, unused, in the original box, with all tags intact) are eligible for a refund.
- Incorrect or defective items: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, you are eligible for a refund.
CANCELLATION REFUND
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed once the cancellation is confirmed by our team.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate to avoid delays in processing the refund.
REFUND TIME FRAME
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item and approved the return.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
REFUND METHOD
- Refunds are always credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- For payments made by credit/debit card, the refund may show as pending before it is fully posted to your account.
- We do not issue refunds to alternative payment methods unless previously agreed with our support team.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, first check your bank or card account.
- If the refund is still missing, please contact us immediately.
- When contacting us, provide your order number, return tracking number, and any proof of return (photos, shipping receipt) to help us resolve the issue quickly.
