ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days.
Our working days for processing and preparing orders are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
The daily cut-off time for same-day processing is 12:00 PM (noon).

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Coverage: We ship within the continental United States. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. territories, islands, or P.O. Boxes.

Carrier: USPS

Estimated Shipping Time: 4 – 8 business days. 

Please note that shipping times are estimated and may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping Cost: Flat rate of $6.99 per order, regardless of the number of items in the order.

Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information is usually updated in the USPS system within 24 hours after the shipment is processed.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.
It is your responsibility to check that all information is correct.
If your shipping address is incorrect or you want to modify your order, you may do so within 9 hours of placing the order.

DELIVERED ORDERS
Once your order is marked as delivered, please check around your delivery area for the package.
If you cannot locate your order, please contact us for assistance.
If your package arrives damaged or shows signs of being opened, do not accept it or take photos immediately and contact us so we can assist with a replacement or further instructions.
